Marlieke Pols is the Senior Manager of Workforce Strategy & Planning at Mars Veterinary Health Europe (MVHE), where she is responsible for designing and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) across 19 countries. Prior to MVHE, Marlieke drove organization-wide workforce strategies for Amazon Worldwide Stores in India, LATAM and Asia and pioneered advanced talent strategy frameworks as part of Philips’ Talent Intelligence Advisory.

Passionate about looking at the broader picture, Marlieke specializes in merging internal operational metrics, external labor market data, and human-centric insights to deliver hyper-tailored talent strategies.
